Having studied at both the Orchard and Ballymaloe cookery schools, Richard went on to train at Tom Kitchin's newest restaurant, The Bonnie Badger in the heart of East Lothian. Richard has also worked in shooting lodges, ski chalets and private houses, catering for his clients' every culinary need and desire.
These experiences created an opportunity for Richard to explore teaching, where he developed a passion for sharing his culinary skills in a friendly and relaxed environment. Sophia manages the business, creates the online content and marketing for the School. Richard and Sophia welcomed their first baby, Lyra, in July.
The Yarrow Cookery School is an international cookery school, providing online classes all around the world.
All classes can be tailored so that you can create the dishes you have always wanted to master and learn at a level that suits you. We offer both short (90 minute - 3 hours) and longer courses.
