In this class you will learn how to create a three-course dinner using clever restaurant top tips on how to keep fuss to minimum and which dishes are best to prep in advance to ensure you enjoy your evening as much as your guests.

Choice of Raspberry Souffle, Creme Brulee or Chocolate fondant
Timings for the class:
10.00am – Welcome drinks and introduction
10.10am – Run through of recipes and cooking techniques
10.30am – Start cooking
13.00pm – Garnishing and plating
13.10pm – Lunch is served
14.00pm – Goodbyes
