About the week
In this class you will get your hands on some of East Lothians finest cuts of meat as you build confidence around choosing local ingredients. Expect to also be working with East Lothians best seasonal veg produce from the local farmlands during this field to fork experience.
The Yarrow Cookery Georgian farmhouse is the perfect venue for a day in the countryside. The local woodlands and stunning East Lothian beaches make for a perfect opportunity for a post meal stroll. Our small class sizes allow each participant to develop lots of new skills in a short period of time whilst getting to know the other students in the kitchen.
We will send you a detailed email a week before the class to ensure you know exactly what to expect. Everything is provided including aprons, recipes, and ingredients. Lunch will be served from the dishes that you create during the class.
