Class description

Our aim is to make sure that you leave us with the confidence to create perfect delicious local seafood on your own, including local North Berwick lobster, Scottish hand dived scallops and seabass. Our small class sizes allow each participant to develop lots of new skills in a short period of time whilst getting to know the other students in the kitchen. We will send you a detailed email a week before the class to ensure you know exactly what to bring and expect. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements as we can easily accommodate.
