Class description

Our aim is to make sure that you leave us with the confidence to create perfect delicious local seafood on your own, including local North Berwick lobster and Scottish hand dived scallops. Our small class sizes allow each participant to develop lots of new skills in a short period of time whilst getting to know the other students in the kitchen. We will send you a detailed email a week before the class to ensure you know exactly what to bring and expect. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements as we can easily accommodate.

Our cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason we require a weeks notice due to the purchasing of produce. If you give us more than 48 hours notice we will be able to transfer you onto a class later in that calendar year. Unfortunately if you need to cancel after the 48 hour window we would be unable to refund or exchange your ticket due to our overhead costs. Please get in touch with any questions you may have.
