FESTIVE COOKERY EXPERIENCE

Bring your team together for a bespoke festive team building event, run from the idyllic walled castle kitchen at Winton Castle. Just 30 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, this location is perfectly placed for up to 20 people. You and your colleagues will make and enjoy a delicious meal together, using local East Lothian produce as you learn some tricks of the trade.  

This event typically runs for 4 hours and 30 minutes and can be booked either between 10am - 2.30pm or 5.30pm - 10pm. Alcohol can be organised to accompany your meal, including mulled wine making. All dietary requirements can easily be catered for. Please note we can run this experience online for global teams and we are flexible on menu choices.

Main Courses

 

Salmon/beetroot Wellington, served with fondant potatoes, seasonal greens and a red wine gravy

Turkey curry feast, served with homemade naan bread, onion bhajis and rice

 

Ottolenghi styled vegetarian feast with Middle Eastern spiced vegetables, including cauliflower, aubergines and seasonal greens. 

 

Homemade pasta, tortellini and ravioli filled with festive ingredients.
