Join us for an insider taste of our exciting new fire cookery classes! This Easter prepare to envelop yourself with all things smoky as you get your hands dirty at our open fire site, all for an exclusive preview rate.

 

We'd like to give our community the opportunity to discover with us as we teach you how to cook locally sourced meat and fish using the most ancient of methods.  

The stunning backdrop of the Balgone lakes provide the perfect canvas for our wilderness dining table. After a busy session of cooking over flame you can simply relax and feast in this ultimate nature to dining experience.

    In this class you will be taught a variety of techniques including cooking over direct flame, cooking in the embers, on a grill and cast iron Argentinian Chapa. Cooking with Scotch beef, pork, chicken and a variety of vegetables.
